Jeffrey Neal, LSW
Director of Care Management
Jeffrey Neal, DM, LSW, grew up in Vermilion, Ohio, lived in a number of states to return to Lorain County.. He completed two undergraduate degrees at Evangel College. He obtained a Masters of Arts in Pastoral Psychology and Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary and a Masters of Social Science Administration (Social Work) from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. His capstone degree is a Doctorate in Management from Colorado Technical University.
He is a seasoned professional with clinical, administrative and management experience in health care and social services including mental health and public health. He has worked in the private and public sectors including for-profit, not-for-profit and government organizations. His experience is primarily concentrated in Clinical Therapy and Case Management services
His work at Charak Center includes providing mental health and addictions recovery treatment both in groups and individually. He also assists in administration. He enjoys seeing people grow and move forward, addressing life’s challenges to enjoy health and wellness.
Nikki Janusz
Mentor Practice Manager
Nicole attended college at Kent State University graduating with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She has been with Charak Center for over six years now. She originally began her employment at the Stow location, and then transferred to Mentor to be closer to her family.
Kelsey Jakupca
Stow Practice Manager
Kelsey began working at Charak Center in 2017, and worked her way up to the practice manager position at the Stow location. Her career has been in the healthcare field since 2014, and she has a passion for helping people. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family and outdoor recreation.

Paul has been with Charak Center for four years working as a Driver, a Transportation Coordinator, moving to Case Manager, Medical Records Coordinator, and now an Intake Coordinator. Paul has enjoyed his various roles at Charak, and relishes opportunities to help clients to live the type of life they are envisioning, and has found a third family with his peers both at Elyria and at all of the five locations. He looks forward to being a part of your support team and witnessing your personal transformation.
