Charak Center for Health and Wellness is a transportation provider for the Lorain County Job and Family Services NET Program.
Charak Direct is the program that works with Lorain County NET (Non-emergency medical transportation services) to provide transportation services.
Who is eligible for this service?

This service is exclusively available to Lorain County residents.

You must have Medicaid or MyCareOhio and be approved by the Lorain County Department of Job and Family Services (LCDJFS) to be eligible.

This service is available to anyone who meets criteria #1 and #2!
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A CHARAK CENTER PATIENT TO RECEIVE THIS SERVICE!
After your initial transport, riders call:
(440) 324 - 5555
and select option #6 to schedule rides.
Rides are scheduled two (2) days in advance. Charak Center hours are
9AM - 5:30PM
